Got my latest check stub and wouldn't you know, it's wrong! Man can a honest brother work on a job without his check being short?! Called the labor board and they want me to fill out a claim form. That will probably take months before I see any of my money. I gave my field manager a call because he's the only one that remotely tries to help me in that whole outfit. We put on our thinking caps and discovered that they are paying me using a weighted averaged method that is suppose to be used for associates who worked at other sites, besides their regular site. Because I'm a flex officer I get paid a fixed rate at any site I work, so that weighted average thing should not be applied in my situation.
I'm waking up early to go to their office and get this thing right. The field manager told that I'll be cut a check right then and there. I truly hope that will be the outcome. You see, at this point I'm starting to feel as though I'm being screwed with and I don't like that feeling.
The many subjects in the life of Soli Classic. Covering my life working a regular job, putting in extra hours to build my business, do whatever it takes to help my love ones, and being able to help my son grow up to be a strong man. I pray that God enables my words to help somebody who might be in a rough situation. Cheer up my friends! Help is on the way. Keep holding your heads high in the sky and stay strong! We're in this together and we're going to win!

Still Messing Up My Money
My last post I mentioned that the company that employs me had shorted me on my last check. I went to the office with the intent of speaking directly to the branch manager, but of course, he was not there. I had to settle with bringing the matter to the field manager's attention, which was alright because he's a good chap. He looked over the situation and acknowledged that company indeed owed me some money and he would correct this asap. He just asked if could call in a couple of days to see where he was in the process of getting this problem fixed. I agreed. 2 days later I called him at the office, but he was not there, so I figured he might have passed the information to the branch manager, so I gave him a call.
After the brief phone conversation with the branch manager, I'm glad I didn't speak to him in person. The guy didn't even want to admit that the company owed me money and when he finally did, he was like it was only 4 hours. They owe me a grand total of $297.00. I wanted to pulled that punk through the phone and stomp him like the rat he is, but I would be wrong. The law will throw me in jail and I'm not doing time for a sucker like that, so I'll play it smart. I spoke with the field manager again and he assured me that my missing money will show on my next check.
I give till thursday and if my money is not looking the way I expect it to be, I'm going to sic the state labor on those fools!
