Ten years ago as one third of the dynamic super hip hop group Truborn, I know, you never heard of it, but trust me when I say that we were damn good! The real point is that back before digital music got off the ground it was difficult for local acts without big budgets to build and sustain a fan base without hooking up with a big name celebrity in their region. As a result, Truborn besides playing at a few local venues, never reached its full potential.
Today I'm building my own indie entertainment company called Gran Royale Music (GRM). This company is be formatted to be a force in the digital world. I've got real artists such as The VC, Devier, Yay, and in the process of adding more to our roster.
In the digital world with the development social networking sites its easier to connect with a fan base, but digital universe is so vast, filled with a never ending supply of resources that promise to help to cater to your audience.
They're happy to help and willing to charge a pretty penny as well, but very few of them will refund you in the event that they fail to deliver.
I will continue to work towards making my company the best it can be, but I'll always keep my eye out for an internet promotions & marketing firm that can provide the services I need.
